They are the very best. Nothing more I can say - we've trusted them with our pets for almost 19 years and highly recommend them. Dr. Welfare, Dr. Carlson and Dr. Peters - excellent! The staff is always so caring and helpful. They always do a follow up call after we have a sick appointment - they truly care about our babies.

This whole team is amazing! Dr. Leinberger helped figure out why my cat was throwing up once a day and now he doesn’t anymore! The team forms a plan to help your animals. I’ve had experiences with other vets where they try one thing and then give up if it doesn’t work. Highly recommend taking your pet here, they’re amazing!

I went there for the first time.I can say I am absolutely pleased and will return. From reception to checkout, my dog and I were paid attention to.There were some small wait times between different steps of the visit.But I have waited longer at a human Dr. I had Dr. Peters.Excellent in knowledge, great listener as to my side of the issue.Very much taking a conservative route to healing, which is what is truly indicated.Did not try to pad the bill, and gave me options for either clinic supplied item or getting it myself, as well as dispense or call-in to pharmacy. I am older fixed income and this was great to have that option. But turns out their prices are way within line of average costs, so I just got everything there, concluding the visit, and walking out with everything I needed to help my dog get well.Professional from start to finish.I was a vet tech as well as a Dane breeder for almost 20 years. I have good working knowledge of veterinary medicine. My statements were very well-received. I was listened to. Very, very satisfied. I love this place. They have taken such good care of my ferrets. My Gizmo was so sick. I thought for sure I was going to lose him but they helped him heal and now he is thriving and the girls spays were seamless. The girls are still on bed rest (they think jail and unjustified punishment) but thier incision areas look beautiful and they act like nothing happened. Thank you Dr Merkel and team for treating my crazy babies like your own!

Dr Peters has always provided us good advice and great care. She avoids unnecessary procedures and medications. Visits are always warm and helpful in understanding my dogs health.

They were very compassionate in helping us say goodby to our 17 y/o dog. They accomodated our request to jave family present and even recommended companies that would do it at home if we preferred.
